Q. How long before the items ship?
A. There is a processing time of about 5-7 days before our scented candles ship. At holiday time, orders may take a little longer to process. There is a possibility that you will receive multiple shipments; there is no extra charge for this. Please note that utilizing a faster delivery method (ie: Next Day) does not reduce this processing time, only the delivery time once the items ship.

Q. Do you gift-wrap?
A. Unfortunately, due to the size and weight of the candles, and packing materials required to make sure that your candles arrive safely, we do not offer gift-wrapping on orders.

Q. My candles arrived, but one (or more) are damaged. What do I do?
A. While we strive to make sure that your candles are packaged well to avoid this problem, we do realize that sometimes these things happen during shipping. If you receive damaged goods, please let us know immediately so we can get a replacement out to you as soon as possible. Also, if the package is physically damaged, refuse the shipment and contact us.

Q. Do you provide "Samples"?
A. No, we do not provide samples of our candles. Providing samples would be too costly...not in the wax used, but mostly in the shipping. We can't afford to ship samples around the country with the hope that someone will buy. If you are interested in our candles, the best way to "sample" is to buy items such as 1.5oz Hex Jars, 4oz Tins, Tea-lights, Votive 4-packs or Wax Melt 4-packs.  Also, remember that we do have a return/exchange policy - your 100% satisfaction is our goal.

Q. Do you supply candles wholesale?
A. We do supply candles wholesale to resellers. For information about this, please send us an email (info@auntbeckyscandleshoppe.com) with your name, company name, information about your business, website address (if you have one), reseller tax id number, and a message about what your candle requirements are. We will be more than happy to send you our price list.

Q. Can I pay with Check or Money Order?
A. Yes, you can. When completing your order, use the Check / MO option. This will allow you to submit your order. You will then need to mail your check or money order payment to us at:
